QUESTIONS ABOUT A RETURN OR THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE?
DO NOT return a clock to the sender address as it is our manufacturers address and will not get to the correct people to take care of the return! And that would be sad for you and us. We want to take care of you!
Due to the custom and personalized nature of these clocks, returns are only accepted if there is damage to the clock upon arrival AND we are notified within 7 days. A photo must be provided of the damage before an authorization will be made for the return. We will provide a return shipping label for authorized returns. Please fill out the form below to request a return authorization.
There will be no refunds on custom made clocks once the clock has been produced. We will only replace a damaged clock with a clock of the SAME design.
That being said, please know that we care about quality and your satisfaction. We will do everything we can to work with you until you are happy with your clock.
